The Oregon Transportation Commission has approved the initial membership and charter of the new Continuous Improvement Advisory Committee, or CIAC, established by HB 2017, the transportation funding package from the 2017 legislative session. The CIAC is charged with advising commissioners on how to improve ODOT’s efficiency and measure the agency’s performance.
