The newly remodeled location on Washburn Way provides the space needed for continued growth and improved member service.
Klamath Falls, OR. –Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union has announced the reopening of their headquarters on Washburn Way after a remodel 37 years in the making. Pacific Crest originally moved into the newly constructed Washburn Way headquarters in December of 1981. Since that time Pacific Crest has grown to include four additional branches and over 16,000 members.
Through the remodel, Pacific Crest was able to create space that will eventually accommodate 20% more staff than it housed before the remodel, allowing for Pacific Crest’s future growth. “Though we dearly needed more space, this remodel was designed first and foremost to provide a great service experience for our members” said Chad Olney, Pacific Crest’s CEO. The newly renovated space includes an additional ATM, three meeting rooms, and eight additional offices for members to utilize when meeting with staff, allowing for greater privacy and a better service experience.
To celebrate this milestone in Pacific Crest’s journey, the Washburn Branch is hosting a Member Appreciation Day and Grand Reopening on Tuesday, May 22nd. The day of celebration begins with a community barbecue from 11:00 – 2:00 that will feature live music from the Klamath Folk Society. For the business community, the Chamber Ambassadors will present an “After Hours” revealing the renovations from 5:00-5:45 pm. At 6:00 pm, Pacific Crest will conduct their 82nd Annual Meeting of members.
