Owls Scoreless Against Top Seed LCSC

LEWISTON, Idaho – The Lewis-Clark Warriors kept the Owls scoreless through 9-innings, as the L-C State College baseball team defeated Oregon Tech in NAIA West play by a score of 9-0 at LCSC's Harris Field on Friday night.

The Owls picked up a total of 4 hits on the day, seeing 1stbaseman, Josh Kallstrom 2 hits on 3 at-bats for the day. Austin Zavala and Austin Florez picked up the other two hits on the day.

LCSC scored 9 runs on 15 hits, seeing 1 homerun and 2 triples.

The Warriors continue their winning streak, having won their last five league games by a combined score of 49-14, to see them sit at 1st place in the standings.

The Warriors and Owls continue their four-game series with a noon doubleheader on Saturday. The final game of the series is Sunday at 11 a.m. 

Originally the four-game series was to be played in Klamath Falls, Ore., but was moved to Lewiston because of snow and cold conditions in Klamath Falls
