Fatal crash claims the life of two Klamath Falls men

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - At approximately 6:30 PM, Friday, April 23, 2021, emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 8200 block of Spring Lake Road, south of Klamath Falls.

Upon arriving on the scene first responders found two vehicles involved in the crash.

The first vehicle included three occupants. The driver and a passenger were pronounced deceased at the scene. A third occupant was transported to Sky Lakes Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle was transported to SkyLakes Medical Center for his injuries and two other passengers in the second vehicle were uninjured.

The deceased have been identified as Jason Carl Anderson, 49, and Garrett Carl Anderson, 21.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation but speed is believed to be a factor.

Responding agencies include Klamath County Sheriff’s Office, Klamath County Fire District 1, and Kingsley Fire.
