Winter Wings Festival Youth Art Contest Returns

4th Grade entries from the 2018 Winter Wings Festival youth art contest.
Youth are invited to participate in the 2019 Winter Wings Festival Youth Art Contest - This years theme “Songbirds of the Cascades.”
The contest is open to students throughout the Klamath Basin.
Students of the Klamath City School District, Klamath County School District, area private schools and homeschoolers, including Tulelake, Butte Valley and Northern Klamath County, are invited to enter the contest.
11th and 12th Grade entries from the 2018 Winter Wings Festival youth art contest.

Artwork is due January 18th. Finalists will have their creations displayed February 15 - 16 at the Oregon Tech College Union and winners will receive some awesome prizes!
