Heaviest snow is expected Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday night. Gusty winds will create drifts and occasional whiteout conditions in exposed areas. Plan on difficult travel conditions, including during the evening commute.

In California: Northeast Siskiyou and Northwest Modoc Counties and Modoc County. Including the cities of Dorris, Newell, Macdoel, Tulelake, Adin, Alturas, Canby, Day, Likely, and Lookout.

In Oregon: Klamath Basin, Northern and Eastern Klamath County and Western Lake County and Central and Eastern Lake County. Including Klamath Falls, Lakeview, Beatty, Bly, Chemult, Crescent, Gilchrist, Sprague River, Adel and Valley Falls.

Highways: US97, US395, ORE31, ORE62, ORE66, ORE138, ORE140, CA139, and CA299.
