Walden to hold a town halls at Lost River HS and Lake County Courthouse

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Continuing a series of town hall meetings across Oregon’s Second District, Representative Greg Walden (R-Hood River) announced today he will hold town halls in Lake and Klamath counties next week. Details on the meetings are included below.  

“I’m looking forward to hearing from people in Lake and Klamath at these town halls and providing them with an update on the issues I’m working on back in Congress. Along with the more than 70,000 letters, emails, and phone calls that I have responded to over the last 12 months, these town hall meetings help me stay updated on the issues facing people on the ground in our communities. This is a top priority for me,” said Walden.

Walden has held more town hall meetings than any other lawmaker in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2019, according to Town Hall Project. Town Hall Project confirmed that Walden’s 20 town halls -- one in each county of Oregon’s Second District -- leads the 435-member body this year.
