Two Mazama students injured, treated at hospital

The Klamath County School District announced an accident injuring two students at Mazama High School today, it reads:

Two students at Mazama High School were injured on Thursday morning. They were immediately transported to Sky Lakes Medical Center by ambulance.

The incident happened in the automotive shop at Mazama. One student was pulling a vehicle into the shop and the front of the vehicle contacted two students. One student may have injured his upper leg, and another his lower leg.

The two students were immediately sent to Sky Lakes Medical Center for treatment. Mazama informed all parents of students involved.

The Klamath County School District safety officer is on-site as the school and district continue to investigate the incident.
