There are only a few hours remaining until the start of the 39th Annual Winter Wings Festival. This year’s festival will offer more activities than ever before. With the help of the Klamath Falls KOA Journey we look at this year’s festival.

The Winter Wings Festival is one of the largest birding festivals in the nation celebrating the largest wintering population of Bald Eagles in the lower 48 states. Typically numbering 500-800 eagles. Other birds include – massive flocks of waterfowl and large number of wintering raptors.
