KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - On March 30, 2021, the Honorable Judge Alicia Kersey sentenced Timothy McCarter to 72-months in the care, custody, and control of the Oregon Department of Corrections for his role in the death of Wildon Chadwell, and his plea of guilty to one count of Criminally Negligent Homicide.

At approximately 2:00 AM on August 3, Klamath County 9-1-1 received a call from 1718 Wall Street in Klamath Falls.  The reporting party was unable to provide significant details but indicated that someone was in need of medical attention. 

EMTs and officers from the Klamath Falls Police Department responded to the call.
