CHILOQUIN, Ore. - At approximately 10:00 PM, Friday, October 22, 2021, deputies from the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office were along with EMS from Chiloquin Fire and Rescue were dispatched to the 300 block of Wasco Av. in Chiloquin. Upon arrival, first responders began CPR on Gabriel Moreno, 22 of Chiloquin.
