KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - On Thursday, April 15, 2021, at approximately 10:52 PM, members of the Klamath Falls Police Department responded to the High Lakes Apartments (2660 Shasta Way), on a report of gunshots being heard in the area. When officers arrived they discovered Nathan Robbins, 41, had been shot in the abdomen.
