Marion County, Ore. - Sad news out of Marion County this morning. Favian R. Garcia operating a Land Rover while under the influence of intoxicants kills 5 in a head on crash. Garcia collided with a Buick Century driven by Lisette Medrano-Perez. Perez and her four children (ages 2-8) were killed in the impact.

Garcia is lodged at the Marion County Jail under 5 counts of manslaughter, felony DUII, reckless driving, driving while suspended and unrelated warrants.
