Klamath Falls, Ore. – There are over 100 acres of certified "shovel ready" land that sit adjacent to Oregon Tech's campus and have in recent years been marketed by KCEDA as part of a larger endeavor to create a full-scale business park consisting of like-minded industry types that serve the existing assets of the basin. Not until now has any new construction taken place on the business park, making today’s announcement an exciting marker of strong economic momentum taking place in the region.
