KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – A tour of historic sites in the Spencer area west of Keno will be offered on Saturday, Nov. 2. The free event will begin at 10 a.m., with participants asked to gather in a parking area on the north side of Highway 66 at milepost 44, on the east side of the Klamath River.
