KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Today, United States Senator Jeff Merkley (D-Oregon) announced via email that he will be holding a virtual town hall for Klamath County residents at 4:00 PM on March 9, 2021.

“On Tuesday, March 9, I am hosting my third digital town hall of the year -- and my 435th since first being elected to the Senate.

“In these uncertain times, it’s more important than ever to hear directly from you. But it’s also important to respect the health and safety of every member of our communities while there is still a very real risk of spreading COVID-19 through in-person gatherings.

“So I invite all Klamath County residents to join online, on mobile devices, or on the telephone to discuss what we need to do to strengthen our state and our nation,” said Merkley.

In years past, Merkey has held town halls at Oregon Tech. Due to COVID, the town hall has been moved online. To attend the virtual town hall, on a computer, smartphone or tablet: click here or to join on the phone: call 415-527-5035; use access code 199 835 6968.
