National School Choice Week

Klamath Falls, OR (January 27, 2018) – Celebrate National School Choice Week.  Join other local families to hear about some reasons for homeschooling, and learn about a variety of homeschool options and resources in the Klamath Basin.

Research shows that when parents are empowered to choose the education environments that they believe work best for their kids, students are more likely to succeed and graduate from high school. That is because every child is unique, and students thrive when they’re matched with learning environments that meet their individual needs.

Come to the celebration at the Klamath County Library on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 10:30-11:30 am.  Classical Conversations of Klamath Falls is sponsoring the event but has welcomed other homeschool groups to participate in the event.  A short presentation will be given about local options, along with opportunities to browse a few available resources, take selfies and post to celebrate your freedom to homeschool. Free scarves while supplies last!

Every child deserves an effective, challenging, and motivating education. Today’s students are tomorrow’s leaders, and children should have the opportunity to achieve their own American dreams.  Come and find out if homeschooling is a good fit for your family.
