The following is a press release from Klamath Basin Behavioral Health

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Lori Rose joined Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) in 2013 bringing 30 years of professional experience in serving high-needs populations to the fastest growing behavioral clinic in southern Oregon. During Lori’s tenure in Human Resources, KBBH staff grew from 80 to over 300 employees.

An advocate by nature, Lori has served those with disabilities, severe mental illness, and substance use disorders in a variety of roles including direct care, supported employment, case management, and adult foster care certification since she was 16 years old. She moved to Klamath Falls in 1988 and prior to KBBH served vulnerable populations in Klamath County at REACH, Inc., and the former Klamath County Mental Health.

Lori is a loyal champion of the individual and credits her long career to a desire to serve, stating that, “I spent my career helping people and making sure they knew they received the highest quality care from me. After moving from direct care, I dedicated my energy to supporting employees so they could in turn deliver the highest quality care to those who need it most.”

Kendall Alexander, CEO of KBBH, had this to say about Lori’s upcoming retirement, “Lori gave her best to KBBH during many years of growth, and deserves the very best in her retirement. We are grateful for her service and wish her many years of happy travels.”
