Reschke supports 50-year lease on Kingsley Field

Salem, Ore. - Representative E. Werner Reschke (R-Klamath Falls) supports the unrivaled community support for Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base in an unprecedented 50-year lease extension to June 2095 approved by Klamath Falls City Council and Mayor Westfall.

“I congratulate our local government agreeing to another 77 years of this outstanding partnership with Kingsley Field, said Rep. Reschke.

“Kingsley Field’s economic impact of $88M/year establishes it as a key part of our local economy. As one of the largest employers in the basin, the long-term viability of the Air Guard in Klamath Falls is benefit to our community. We are proud to have the 173rd Fighter Wing continue their successful mission into the future,” said Rep. Reschke.
