Multiple Structure Fires Sunday, May 13, 2018

Klamath County Fire District 1 was dispatched to two structure fires on the night of Sunday, May 13th.

The first fire, in the 300 block of Crater Lake Parkway, was contained to a detached garage with damages estimated at $30,000. The second fire occurred in a vacant house located at 2100 Orchard Avenue with damages estimated at $80,000.

The cause of both fires are under investigation at this time. No injuries were reported. KCFD1 was assisted by the Kingsley Field Fire Department, Klamath Falls Police, and Oregon State Police.
