CORRECTED: Changed the second testing date to October 3.

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Mazama High School will be a College Board SAT testing site on September 26, October 3, and November 7.

The school has partnered with Klamath County Public Health about how to administer the exam following protocols that will allow them to offer the public service efficiently and safely, said Mazama Principal Michael Schaefer.

“We felt this would be huge service to our community for the Klamath Basin students, as well as those from other communities,” Schaefer said. “Other communities have had to cancel administration of the exam and are reaching out to us.”

Safety protocols will include one-way paths of travel, including separate entrances and exits, social distancing, and the required use of personal protection equipment.

The SAT exam is administered by the College Board. Students must sign up through the College Board’s website or by contacting them by phone. Space is limited and filling quickly for all three dates.  At that time, students will receive details about the exam, including start times.
