This morning we are chatting with Ken Hand, coordinator of PLAY Outdoors 2018, a free event for youth. The event happens today (1/20/18) at the Klamath County Fairgrounds Event Center from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

PLAY Outdoors provides youth opportunities to experience outdoor activities they may not otherwise have access to.
