KCSO: Vehicle pursuit overnight leads to arrest of two

Early Wednesday morning, Klamath County Sheriff Deputies observed a suspicious vehicle near Shasta Way and Gary St. The Deputies observing numerous traffic violations deputies initiated pursuit which continued through the neighborhood. Deputies had planned to terminate pursuit for public safety reasons however the vehicle Adams was driving began to smoke and stopped.

Both Joshua Adams (driver) and Devin Hubkey of Klamath Falls were taken into custody without further incident.

Charges for Joshua Adams:

  • Felony elude

  • Driving While Suspended

  • Reckless Driving (x2)

  • Outstanding Warrant Klamath (x2)

  • Outstanding Warrant Deschutes

Devin Hubkey was not party to Adams choosing to flee and was cooperative. He was lodged however for an outstanding warrant.
