Gretz, Claybaugh and Von Essen Lead Owls at Humboldt Invite

Arcata, Calif. – Oregon Tech's Seth Gretz hit an NAIA "A" Qualifying jump in the Pole Vault and Dillon Claybaugh (Pictured) won the High Jump to lead the Owl men while Amber Von Essen won both the 200 and 400 to lead the Lady Owls Saturday at the Humboldt Invite held at Fortuna High School.  
 
Women Highlights
 
Amber Von Essen won 400 (58.50) also won the 200 (25.80)
 
Susie Garza 3rd in the 1,500 (4:43.22)  
 
Finausulieti Tuifua 3rd in the Shot Put (10.42m)
 
Men Highlights
 
Seth Gretz won the Pole Vault (4.70m), 2nd 110 Hurdles (15.05) and 3rd in Javelin (43.30)
 
Dillion Claybaugh won the High Jump (1.91m)
 
Donnie Pate finished 3rd in 100 (11.39) and the 200 (22.85)
 
Josiah Stroup 2nd in 400 (51.70), 4th in 200 (22.96)
 
Duke York 2nd in Shot Put (12.30m) 3rd in Hammer (42.29)
