DA Investigation Continues in Shooting Death

On March 7, 2018 at approximately 12:29pm, 911 received a call from a female in the 1400 block of Worden Ave indicating she shot a male at the residence.  Officers from the Klamath Falls Police Department responded to the scene and found a male with a gunshot wound to his torso.  Officers provided medical aid to the male until emergency medical personnel arrived.  The male succumbed to the injury.

Detectives from the Klamath Falls Police Department responded to continue the investigation.  A weapon was removed at the scene and a female was taken into custody.  The investigation is continuing and anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to contact the Klamath Falls Police Department at (541) 883-5336.
