There are many locations throughout the Basin to Celebrate America this July 4th. Here is a rundown of what we are aware of this year. If you know of an event that is not on this list, add it in the comments below.

Klamath Falls

  • 10:00am – Parade down Main Street. Starting at the intersection of Main and Commercial ending at Veteran’s Park
  • 11:00am – Klamath Falls Community Band performs in Veterans Park
  • 1:00pm – Klamath Freedom Celebration at Klamath County Fairgrounds. Includes; family activities, vendor booths, zip line, bounce houses, slip and slide, Army Adventure trailer, DJ Rich and more.
  • 5:00pm – Live Music at Klamath Freedom Celebration
    • Jed Miranda, 5:00pm
    • Box Brothers, 6:00pm
    • Black Cadillac Kings, 8pm
  • 6:35pm – Klamath Falls Gems vs Medford Rogues at Kiger Stadium
  • Dusk – Klamath County Fireworks Show, Klamath County Fairgrounds

Butte Valley

  • 10:00am – Parade in Dorris followed by flag raising
  • 12:00pm – BBQ at Westside Park. Includes auction and vendors

Merrill, Malin & Tulelake

  • 8:00am – Merchant breakfast at Malin Community Hall
  • 11:00am – Parade in downtown Malin
  • 12:00pm – Carshop at Malin Community Park
  • 4:00pm –Fundraiser at Holy Cross Catholic Church
  • 8:45pm – Fireworks at Tulelake Fairgrounds
