KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – The Oregon Tech women and men soccer teams will host Warner Pacific College Friday and Eastern Oregon University Saturday at the Oregon Tech Soccer Pitch. For the women it will be their CCC home openers after playing their first four CCC matches on the road.

The OIT women are off to a great start in Cascade Conference play as they are in a tie for third place with Southern Oregon University at 3-1 with a total of 9-points. Corban is one point ahead of the Owls in second place with a record of 3-2-1 as they have 10 points. Eastern Oregon is currently locking down first place with a record of 4-0 as they have recorded 12 points; the Mountaineers will play at SOU of Friday and at OIT Saturday.

The Lady Owls have won three straight CCC games, a feat they hadn't done since 2010. To make things a little more impressive, all three wins have been on the road.

The Owls are led by Cassidy Gosvener who has 6-goals on the season including 3 this past weekend, including both game winners, as the Owls beat Corban and Northwest Christian.

The OIT men are currently at 2-4-0 in CCC play and 3-6 overall after a disappointing weekend as they were shut-out 1-0 at Corban and 3-0 at Northwest Christian.

Warner Pacific enter this weekend play at 0-4 in CCC play with Eastern Oregon coming into this weekend at 2-2-1 in CCC play, just one point ahead of the Hustlin' Owls.

On Friday, both teams will play Warner Pacific, starting with the women starting at noon followed by the men at 2:00 pm. Same times on Saturday as the Owls play host to Eastern Oregon.
