Fall is in full swing here in the Klamath Basin ans what better way to enjoy it than to get out and explore with the family. Here are 10 fall activities you can do with your family now. Basin Adventures is sponsored by the Klamath Falls KOA, the adventure base camp of the Klamath Basin.

Ella Redkey Pool, Facebook

1. Family swim at the Ella Redkey Pool

2. Walking tour of Downtown Klamath Falls
Start at one end of Main Street and walk to the other and back.  Stop in at shops, have lunch and snap photos of the historical architecture.

3. Bike the OC & E State Trail

4. View the fall colors at the Pelican Guard Station / Rocky Point

5. Hike the Link River Trail
Running parallel to the Link River this trail offers the Favell Museum at one end and Putnam's Point on the other. The 3.4 mile round trip trail offers a flat gravel path for observing wildlife and biodiversity. https://kfne.ws/2gOYOie

6. Explore the new Kit Carson Playground & Zip Line
Recently constructed by the Sky Lakes Foundation, the new playground at Kit Carson park offers a natural design to a city park.  The playground includes a zip line and rock wall in addition to other structures. https://kfne.ws/2gPOkiH

7. Ride the Pumpkin Express / Klamath & Western Railroad

8. View wildlife at the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex
