County Museum Offers Free Admission Day

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – The Klamath County Museum will offer free admission on Tuesday, Oct. 17, in celebration of Klamath County’s birthday.

Klamath County was established as a new Oregon county on Oct. 17, 1882, having been partitioned from Lake County.

Hours at the Klamath County Museum are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

Upcoming events at the museum include a Historical Society program on “Infamous Crimes and Criminals of Klamath County” at 7 p.m. Oct. 26.
