11th Annual Blues Festival Saturday

The Klamath Blues Society will host the 11th Annual Klamath Blues Festival on September 8th from 12-6:30 PM at Mia and Pia's Brewery, 13788 Matney Road, which is located approximately halfway between Klamath Falls and the Tulelake-Butte Valley Fair. Entry is $9 at the gate.

This family-friendly event will support the Klamath Blues Society scholarship fund, which supports local musicians who are graduating from high school and pursuing higher education.

This year's festival features performances by local groups Hecktic Week, Mile Long Fuse, Rachel and the Red Light District, and Smooth Disposition, as well as the winner of this year's scholarship.

In addition to the music, food will be available from a local taco truck and beer will be available from Mia and Pia's Brewery. There will be other vendors on site, raffle tickets, and live and silent auctions.

The Klamath Blues Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on promoting the public performance of Blues music.
